The therapist arrives with a portable table, fresh linens, warmed oil and soft music, sets up in about ten minutes, and works in the space you already have. You do not need to leave the unit, and the host does not need to be involved unless you want them to be.

Building access and check-in timing
A rental unit is not the same as a hotel room. Two things on Sint Maarten cause most of the friction, and both are easy to solve in advance.
Building front desks and HOA rules
Some condo buildings on the Dutch side restrict short-term visitor access at reception. A handful require the owner to clear guests. If you are staying in a building with a front desk, message us the building name when you book — we check the access rules before the therapist travels.
If access is restricted, we usually move the session to a nearby location or the studio. We do not arrive and negotiate at the front desk.
Check-in windows
Check-in times on Sint Maarten often fall between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Sessions are usually booked from one to two hours after your check-in, once you have keys, luggage is down and the space is yours.
If you are running late, message us. As long as we have notice, we move the booking. No-show without notice is charged in full.
Check-out mornings
Mornings before check-out work if the unit has space and you can be back in the room by 9:00 AM. Most travellers prefer the session the evening before departure — less rushed, and the therapist is not working around cleaners arriving.

What to have ready before we arrive
Less than most people expect. The therapist brings everything you need. You provide the room and a few small things.
Space
- About 8 feet by 4 feet of clear floor space
- Living room, bedroom, covered balcony or terrace all work
- Furniture pushed back against the wall is fine
- Studios work if the bed can be moved aside
Utilities
- Sink or bathroom access for handwashing
- Electrical outlet within cable reach of the room
- Air conditioning or a fan if the unit runs warm
Discretion notes
- No front desk notification needed unless you want it
- Therapist arrives without branding — plain case, plain vehicle
- We can send an "arriving now" message instead of knocking
- Your booking stays between you and us
Nothing else is required. You do not need to provide linens, oils, or towels.

Do you come to Airbnb rentals and condos?
Yes. We deliver to Airbnb rentals, private condos and short-term units across Sint Maarten. The therapist brings a portable table, fresh linens, warmed oil and music, and sets up in about ten minutes.
Do building rules or HOA restrictions apply?
Some condo buildings on Sint Maarten restrict short-term visitor access at reception. If your building has a front desk, message us the building name before booking — we confirm access first, so nothing is left to chance at arrival.
What if I have not checked in yet?
We can book around a check-in window. Message us your estimated arrival time and we schedule the session after you have the keys. If you are running late, message us — as long as we have notice, we shift the booking.
How do I keep it discreet at a rental?
The therapist arrives without branding, in a plain vehicle with a plain case. If you prefer, we message you an arrival confirmation instead of knocking. We never need to contact the host or the building front desk unless you ask us to.
Do you coordinate with my Airbnb host?
Only if you want us to. Guests usually contact us directly and the host never needs to be involved. If your host or property manager needs advance notice, we can send a discreet confirmation on request.

No. Sessions are for one or two people only. Couples bookings cover two people in the same room. We do not take group bookings, even for a single rental.
